ACCOMMODATION
Congress
participants can choose from several accommodation options. All hotels
and private accommodation are located right in Cavtat or in the direct
vicinity with good public transportation connections with Cavtat.
If
you have not succeeded in reserving the accommodation of your choice, please
contact us, as some rooms have opened up due to cancellations.
We strongly advise that you reserve your accommodation in advance, as
Cavtat is a small town and it is possible that there may be no available
rooms at the time of the congress, as this is still high season in the
Dubrovnik region. Organizers are unable to help participants find
accommodation after 10 August.

Hotel Croatia is located in the midst of a lush pine wood on the
Sustjepan peninsula, one of Cavtat's two peninsulas. The south side of
the hotel faces the open sea and offers a view of the Mrkan and Bobara
islets, while the north side of the hotel overlooks the quaint town of
Cavtat. Just a 10 minute walk along the beautiful seaside park takes you
right into the centre of town.
The modernly equipped rooms offer full comfort, while the sports and
recreation facilities are an ideal place for relaxation and recreation.
Wireless Internet access is provided free-of-charge in all congress rooms

reception.
The hotel beach is situated in the bay overlook the old town centre,

Hotel Supetar is
situated on Cavtat's other peninsula, Rat peninsula, and is only a 10
minute walk from the congress venue. It is situated in a pedestrian area
on the Cavtat waterfront and is a favourite hotel for those who prefer
the ambient of a small hotel.
The hotel offers
both double and triple rooms, each with a washroom and shower, telephone
and television. Enjoy the view, either of the sea or garden. The hotel
beach is located about 20 metres from the hotel, with large pine trees
providing shade. Hotel guests may also use the swimming pools and other
facilities of Hotel Croatia.

Hotel Orphee,
together with Villas Plat, comprises a delightful small complex, all
pleasantly situated by the sea on an elevated position with stunning
views across the sea and islands. A lovely sandy beach and clean sea and
the lush cypress and pine woods make Plat a very pleasant place to stay.
The complex is
situated in the small village of Plat, only 6 km from Cavtat and 12 km
from Dubrovnik. Boat services operate to Cavtat and Dubrovnik and a
shuttle mini-bus service operates to Cavtat and Dubrovnik from 8 am to 9
pm from the hotel entrance.
All rooms in
Hotel Orphee are comfortable equipped and offer a sea view. The Plat
villas were recently renovated in the Mediterranean style and are
situated seaside, surrounded by lush vegetation. Guests at the villas
are welcome to use all the amenities at Hotel Orphee, including three

private rooms and apartments has been secured for congress participants in
Cavtat at popular prices. Private rooms are air-conditioned with a private
washroom, with both single and double rooms available. Apartments are also
air-conditioned. Apartments for 2 persons include a kitchenette, washroom
and balcony. Apartments for 4 persons include two rooms, a kitchenette,
washroom and balcony. Limited accommodation is also available in five-, six-
and seven-person apartments (please ask organizers). Private accommodation is limited and will be
reserved on a first-come first-serve basis.
